Small and medium enterprises (SMEs)

Change Engineers offer all of their range of services to SMEs and a slightly narrower range to Corporate organisations.

Definitions of SME:

Independent enterprises that have fewer than 250 employees, and an annual turnover not exceeding €40/£25 million or a balance-sheet total not exceeding €27/£17 million (extract from the 96/280/EC, Commission Recommendation of 3rd April 1996)

Small and Medium Sized Enterprises: under 250 employees for "medium"; under 50 for "small"; "microenterprises" have less than 10 employees (general DTi definition)

Corporate organisations

For simplicity, in market terms, Change Engineers defines the corporate market as including organisations with over 250 employees within public limited companies, non-profit organisations, government bodies and NGOs.

For corporates, Change Engineers offer Operations and Implementation services.

Market specialisation
